well mantya , just waiting to see the 4 PM updates for today evening ...

i guess 3-4 ppl have posted about results today morning and all waiting for their passports to reach back.

all the best - kumar and others - sounds like a good idea to visit vfs hyderabad - one and half months is a long time .....

i am waiting to email BHC again tommorrow morning at the right time - before 10 AM

may god help us all.

Spoke to the VFS guys yesterday they say it takes a minimum of 18 days to get the visa and there is no maximum limit.

this is the most difficult time of the day i.e. between 3 &4 .....i don't know why but it doesn't pass....
guys i think all those waiting for the passport will get their visa..if you see the track record it is quite positive....

no updates for me..refreshing the page for last 30 mins...still the same horrendous message 'Your visa application was forwarded......'.
this message has become a nightmare...it'll haunt us till we get our EC result..... it seems that they have hard coded this message and will never change

Is it because some of them have requested for a post dated visa, their processing is getting delayed? Maybe the BHC has set priority this way to overcome the backlogs.

we are not exactly sure why rrst - that some applicants are getting the results before others

i guess it is clear enough that the more straightforward and simple your application is the easier the case worker's processing is ...having said that - there is no clear trend to say that cases that take longer to process lead to refusals and vice versa

as someone on this thread posted a week ago - hope is the only word that symbolises what keeps us going right now .....the waiting is sheer agony beyond a reasonable time frame - it is now a month and a week since i applied.

No updates.. online status has not changed as well...but BHC has confirmed that a decision has been taken & passport has been despatched...called up blue dart to check if there's any courier for me.. they replied back saying tere isn't any....

Will have to wait till tomorow till I get my passport hopefully with EC stamped......

I got it after 35 sleepless nights, I finally have it, Visa Power.

i logged on hoping for good news from someone and was so happy to see your post.
did you know only when the courier reached or BHC mailed you before that ????

also , thanks for the analysis and compiling all that data - it will be very useful for those of us still in waiting agony.

lastly , hope you follow the trend set by others who disclosed their name after getting their ec result

i see a disturbing trend when i look at the data compiled by dec31st - does anyone else see what i see......

compare those who got it within 24 days success rate with the number of days taken for the few ec rejects on the thread .....scared and depressed

rizs4u and others expecting their passport tommorrow , please update us....

Couldnt interpret or calculate anything. When do you thing will I get my results.

One thing I learnt from this is, Never Never Never work for a small company that too in Hyderabad.

Jason , dec31st calculated that the average was 24 working days and this worked for him ....we however have crossed 25 days and we know of ppl on this thread have crossed 30 days ...so where does leave us to forecast at this point ...we can only pray

Hm... I work for a small company too, in BLR. So is that the pattern.. folks working with companies with ~300 or lesser employees getting delayed? But our Integra checks didn't get delayed right..

i feel this job offer from indian company ( current employer) is creating lots of confusion in their minds ...and resulting in BHC to call employer etc

i stated in my application that i would be looking to join the same group coy in UK aftergetting visa....i know feel i would have been much better off just attaching job search and emails from UK consultants

how many waiting more than 25 days have this same conclusion ??

My best wishes to everyone awaiting EC Approval. I have a question and you guys should be able to answer it.

I am applying for EC next week, I already have an appointment letter and accomodation arranged by my employer in UK. Do I have to show liquid assets(equivalent of 2800 pounds)?

I came to know only when I got the call from Blue Dart guy. We(My wife and myself) got it for 2 years starting Feb 01.

Jason - I did not format my data properly, I am too tired today, I will do that tomorrow.

Vidya my analysis says that you have 70% chance of knowing the decison this week.

i am equally worried abt the decision and not only the delay ....your analysis seems to say that most of the successful applicants got it within 24 days ....perhaps i am just too worried right now to correctly analyse the data
