Visa Category for Parents

Hi, I am living in UK under Tier2 General Visa, I have applied for Family Visit- 6 months.
I have provided all required docs like invitation letter and my account statements. I have provided all utility bills registered with my Name.

1) Is Visa Category I choose Correct- ? Should it be Tourist Visa category?
2) If its not correct- Will this have any issues in new application for them?
3) I have not received any updates from VFS on email or SMS. Application was made on 16th Dec and today is 20th Dec?
