Applying ILR (LR) in two days time

Post by rumise » Tue Dec 20, 2016 11:19 am

Hi guys,

I am going to apply my ILR(lr) in two days time at window and would like to know if my case is good enough.

I came to UK on 15 Jan 2007 on student Visa
Visa Extended in 2009 (without any issue and within time).
got PSW in 2010
got T2 General visa in 2012
got Spouse Visa in 2014 which is will expire in March 2017

I am full time employee from 2010 till now and paid tax through PAYE

the documents I am submitting with my applications are
All previous Passports
Photographs.
Life in UK
Master degree from UK

I am going to apply 22 days earlier.

In 2012, I applied for Tier 1 entrepreneur visa but within two weeks time the company I was working for at the time offered me work permit, I applied T2 General Visa straightaway and withdraw T1 application. For Tier 1 visa I opened a private company but never done any business trough it. After a year HMRC sent me letter to submit company's tax etc. I am submitted tax return with nothing in. HMRC closed my company after that.

my question is do I have to mention about the company and do I need any letter from HMRC?

I still can cancel or reschedule my appointment by the end of day.

Many thanks in advance

Hi everyone,

I submitted all previous passports,

got ilr in an hr. no question asked.

I am going to apply for Naturalisation as my spouse is British citizen.

I would like to thank everyone on this forum for their valuable time and advice. I learnt a lot.

Many thanks once again.
