Post by Smad890 » Sat Dec 24, 2016 1:56 pm

Hi all,

I have an application pending with home office and i am making an another application due to change of circumstances. I would like to know that if i have to pay the fees again for this new application or not. I have not given biometrics for my previous pending application yet.

Thanks

The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Thanks for replying.
I was given 10 days to give biometrics and i emailed on the 10th day that i am varying my application with new application.
Do i have to send the new application on or before the 10th day or can i send afterwards like in 2-3days?

So my biometric last day was today lets say, can i make a new application tomorrow? I have emailed them already that i am varying.

All help will be appreciated.

You don't vary by emailing.

You need to seek legal advise.
