Tier 2 Application form filling help

I have few questions, i wonder if anyone would be able to help me. Thanks in advance

1. Are you traveling with any one? Do they have valid visa? (i am traveling with my spouse, and both of us applying for entry clearance from outside UK, Would the answer be yes and no?)

2. Have you been deported , removed or otherwise required to leave any country in last 10 years?. ( i have left UK after my visa extension refused, in the letter they told me to appeal, i did not appeal and left uk, would the answer be no?

3. Where would you be staying in UK? ( i have not booked any specific accommodation, would it be ok to give the address of my sponsor or my supervisor?
