EC - If I changed my present employer

My dears,

I applied HSMP on Jan 18 and case is allocated on 22nd. Unfortunately I need to change my present employer. I will be joining another company on next week.

As I am planning to attend EC in FEB end I have some queries

1) Do I want to show my next company in EC application?
I got an advice to show my previous company name with the note of resignation.
In EC form 6.4.1 What is your present work or job or occupation? Can I mention my previous company here?

2) EC form 5.6 in confusing me
5.6 Have you made an application to the Home Office to remain in the UK in the last 10 years?
Is it for HSMP approval letter? What we want to put in reason for application?

Please guide me.

Hi,

Better you put umemployed in EC for your new employeer

coz if you planning to apply in feb otherwise give after somemonths

you planning to apply give full details for current employeer.


Also you dont have to put any thing for above question you have asked
