Applied on : Jan 4
At : VFS HYD
Integra Verification: Done When : No Idea

Called up BHC this morning.

"We are currently processing December applications. Please call up next week."

I dont know whether they will consider mine as December of January.

VFS website says dec 27 but BHC says recieved on 2nd Jan.

Hi All,

I had called BHC this morning and had a nice chat with the lady...However, got the same output that they are still waiting some reports and will take some time.. On discussing further about the reason for this she revealed today that they are waiting some reports from UK and the biometric data..
She said that this is not due to any negative point in my application but a general delay from Integra part and there are some more cases in Mumbai embassy in the same boat as mine....
Hence i presue that the delays are due to some internal functinoaing of the system itself and does not reflect anything on our application..
so guys the wait continues for another week
Vishal did u manage to talk to embassy..maybe you are on of the cases as mine and hence the delay...

recently recieved the mail from BHC
Dear Sir,

Thank you for your email.

A decision has been made on your application and your passport has been despatched to our commercial agents.
Kindly contact the Visa Facilitation Centre in Mumbai on 6633 1700 or 6636 7066 later this evening.

Yours faithfully

Casework Unit

Guys I'm getting worried as the wordings are bit misleading coz in some cases they have said that 'we have issued the visa' and in arun's case they mentioned the same lines so very worried...

Called BHC, Chennai today.
I asked them like this....

Hey I have applied on Dec 14th and it's already 30 working days completed and Can you tell me the status of my application and my Integra verification also done...

They told me like Sir, It's depened on case to case and depend on the documentation you have provivded and Integra is part of verification and they may be looking at the other documents you have provided and verifying the same.
And please call us after 3:30 pm today to know the updated status of your application or track the same in the website.

Ofcourse I have applied with my wife and I have submitted her documents also.
I am not getting Why wud they need so much time to verify my simple and clear documents.

Hi,

Don't worry you will get the visa.

The wording is different because this is Mumbai BHC and the rest of the replies posted are from Chennai BHC.

many people who received this type of status got approvals.

plz. update the status once you received the passport

i got the reply to the mail I have sent to BHC after speaking to the lady this morning..
i think we have to really push hard to get the right updates...

Hey guys,

This is ce's wife. Both of us have been checking this grp everyday. We’ve applied visa for both of us.
Don’t lose hope; I’m sure all of us will get the visa. It’s just a matter of time.
Prob we submitted too many doc’s and its taking them sometime to verify everything :?:
