Spouse Visa Cat B requirements

Post by Smad890 » Sat Jan 14, 2017 4:13 pm

Hi all,
Can someone please tell me if one can combine salaried and nob salaried jobs under CAT B?
My wife has earned about 14.5k in last 8months from non salaried employments and now she is in salaried jobs (1st job paying 17k and 2nd paying 3.6k).
I applied for the visa using cat a non salaried which is pending now.
Just worried if worst happen so can i apply after 3months again under B showing she has earned 18.6 k in a year from both salaried and non salaried jobs and she is also earning 20.6 k cuurently from salaried jobs?

Its a bit complicated but would appreciate a response.

Thanks

Your query is very hard but I think since the guideline doesn't have any example of salaried and non salaried together so I think combination of non salaried or combination of salaried jobs may only be permissible.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
