Dear All,
I am applying for ILR on Tier 2 ICT route. I have continuous Tier 2 ICT visa since 2009. I booked my ILR premium appointment in Croydon on 13-Jan-2017.

1) I have continuous break of 245 days. I split 245 days break into 2 different years as above which has come lesser than 180 days in any consecutive 12 months period. Am I elgible for ILR as per new rule?
