Hello all,

I'm a non-EU citizen and a software engineer. I applied to a web developer position. I had interviews and got the job. My company did everything related to Green Card.

They now assigned me a different project. I'm again a developer but I didn't apply to this position and if I knew it I wouldn't accept it. I was working in Czech Republic and left my job to have this one. Now I cannot change my job and I really don't know what to do? Can you help me or advice anything? I really want to change my company.

BTW, green card isn't good comparing the work permit. How can I switch my green card to work permit?
