New application forms

Post by iceman010899 » Sat Feb 09, 2008 11:17 am

Hi

New application forms are out this month for all categories. I also heard that it is not possible to apply under the LONG RESIDENCE rule at the PEO and only postal applications are accepted.

Anyone else heard this ? Thanks.

May I ask how you came about this information?

there is a good way to find out....

call the PEO to book an ILR appointment, and tell them you are applying under the long residence category.....

depends which long residence category you are applying to, if it is 14 years it can only be done by post. If it is based 10 years and a straightforward case, I would assume you could do this at PEO.

Hi guys

Would you say its a straight forward case if all the stamps are in passport without any gaps for the 10 years? Do you have show some other documentation apart from passport if this is the case? Thanks
