Genuine Ent Act (contract of service with another business)

dear Respected members,

i have read this post and passing through same situation, But i have 3 more same contracts with other companies (work at home )

Counter for this problem in extension...should we make a contract which clearly mention e.g

that services for IT and only mention the company name and serivces.....
is that work on HO ?

Your contract must be between two businesses not between you and others.
