HI i need to apply my Pakistani wife spouse visa extension can someone please advise,
she got visa from Pakistan for 1 Month validity 09/09/15 to 09/10/15
then she got resident permit card from 14/09/15 to 09/06/2018 exp
i know im getting worried bit early
Q1,which application do i need to fill
Q2, is that possible i can submit on window , or do i have to post it only,
Q3, how much is the application fee,
Q4 how much do i have to pay for NHS insurance,

and what supporting doc do i need ,

please kindly advise

Bear in mind that there may well be changes in the next 18 months, especially in the visa fees which are generally increased annually.

Currently £500 for a 2.5 year extension. This may also change by June 2018. :idea:

Based on historic trend by June 2018 the application fee will likely be raised about two times. First rise may come in April 2017 and second in April 2018 especially in relation of application fee so you must plan & start saving from now and try to continously read this forum.
