Tier 2 and second job (freelance)

Hello people,

I am on a tier 2 general (shortage occupation list) visa at the moment, as a Designer working with 3D animation.
Sometimes I get little offers to freelance for other companies and do exactly what I do for the company I work full time for, but for a very very short period of time that I could easily do over the weekend, just for some extra money.

Anyway, the question is, I know I am allowed to take a second job (https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general/second-job), but how do I pay taxes for these extra income?
Also bearing in mind the company is from overseas, but would pay into my UK account.

Remember T2 is not all about you.
No freelancing, no contracting, no umbrella.

Work as employee on PAYE. That's it.
