Address query

I have a query which does not relate to any of the topics around here. So I am creating a new topic here. If there already exist a topic for this, do let me know.

1.

Completed applications for HSMP initial applications should be sent to:-
Border and Immigration Agency
PO Box 3975
Sheffield
S1 9BL

The above address is written in HSMP guide to send an application. Below that address for guys who are applying for an extension is written. And below that following is written:

Border and Immigration Agency
7th floor
Fountain Precinct
Balm Green
Sheffield
S1 2JA

for applications send by courier.

NOW IS THIS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR THOSE APPLYING FOR EXTENSION OR IS APPLICABLE TO ANYONE WHO IS SENDING THROUGH COURIER?

(I am applying from India for first time for HSMP and would be sending through courier, so to which address should I send?)

Thanks Gaurav. I understand that but it's written after " Address for Extensions of HSMP leave to remain ". That's what is confusing me if that is for " Extensions of HSMP leave to remain " only or for fresh applications as well???

For extending or FLR(HSMP) it is :
