Congrats syed for your extension .

My extension is soon in April 2017.

My question is when u go by share Capital.

1)Do u need to issues the paid share certificate from company house?

2)when you do investment via share capital what reference to need to put for the investment transaction.

3) regarding the business insurance what kind of insurance you need ?

Please reply me as soon as possible

Lastly when I done the investment into my business I had put the refereance DIRECTOR LOAN although I am going on the share capital.

Register of Members from Companies House after Shares are allocated

Capital Investment or simply Investment

I had Employer's, Public and Products Liability Insurance

No Issue because your director loan is used for shares allocation by your Accountant.
Investment letter(Although its not a requirement) from Accountant can suffice this

No, your accounts needs to show the evidence of share investment as per guide. Share certificate are not acceptable evidence

No need to show bank transactions

Depends on your business. You do not need evidence of insurance for extension
