Hi there,

Does anyone know if someone on teir 4 student visa is allowed to sign up a contract which says 20 hours per week but it has a fixed salary. so the payslip will show only one unit of fixed salary but work done will be only 20 hours a week?

The work restriction is not about your contract or your salary, it is just about working maximum 20 hours a week.
