Payroll Migration - Tier 2 Visa

Dear Members,

I am working in a company where they are migrating their payroll,so after few months I will get pay slip with different name on it, also I will get P45 due to HMRC requirement and all my details will be transferred to new payroll system.

In whole scenario my employer, job title and job T&C will remain same.

But I am bit worried how would it effect my visa status????????
