Application for Tier 2 (General) renewal with same employer

Hi

My 3yrs tier2general visa is expiring on April mid. I'm planning to apply for renewal in the premier queue(same day). I have few questions.
1. Do I need to apply for the visa for my 6 months baby who born here in the UK?
2. Do I need to show any maintenance for 90days for me, my husband and baby? if so can I show maintenance letter from my sponsor?
