Tier 2 Change of employer - Dependant application

Post by josh_smiith » Fri Feb 17, 2017 3:32 pm

Last week I switched my employer & received a new Tier 2 General VISA expiring in Nov 2019. My wife has a PBS Dependant VISA (Tier 2 Dependant VISA) expiring in March 2019. Does my wife need to re-apply her VISA (to bring it in line with mine) at this moment or can she wait until her current VISA expiry & then apply for a new one?

Thanks for the prompt response. I assume she can travel outside UK on her current VISA ?
