before i finish I would like to ask one question...
Can someone please advise whether I am still required to employ 2 full time employee until I qualify for Indefinite leave? Bdw my 10 years continuous residence will be fulfilled in Sep 2018 which is way before the expiry of the current leave of 2 years from now on.

By looking at your timeline, Assuming you were granted Initial visa Nov 2013 and if you've applied for extension before your visa Expiry.

Then...

You are eligible for 5 years ILR route in Nov 2018
(And eligible to apply for ILR 28 days before your 5 years completion)

I got this info from one of the Moderator CR001

Basically,Its upto you which route you want to choose.

You are eligible to apply ILR from 19 Oct 2018(28 days to 16 Nov 2018)
Extension visa is for 2 years regardless of your time period to complete 5 years because of various circumstances during extension process like Interview, 8 weeks standard time etc.

You are right.
If you have dependants in UK and If you opt 10 years route then Visa requirments for them will be different like English test, your salary £18,600 per annum etc

Not if you want to apply under 10 year route. Job requirement is there only if you want to apply under Tier 1 five year ILR

You get full two years from the date of approval, regardless of when you applied.
