List of documents sending-Share Capital

Dear zimba88 and other seniors,

I am going to apply the extension in next 2 weeks time thorough share capital option. My 3rd year accounts (Oct 15 to Oct 16) is ready but not submitted yet. And I will submit 3 months management account also. If I issue share capital now, then the confirmation of statement will be in recent 2/3 days time. My questions are:

1. Should I show the share capital in my 3rd year accounts or in last 3 months management accounts? In my sense it should come in my last 3 months short management accounts as the share capital is issued now. But accountant saying, as the 3rd year account is not submitted yet-we can show there as well. But how its possible? Because 3rd year account is for (Oct 15 to Oct 16) and now we are issuing the share capital and accordingly submitting confirmation of statement.

2. In which case question of genuineness may arise?

If you invested before, you can include it in your annual account. It is really up to you

Do I need to submit 3 years Bank statement? I have seen in Share Capital option-there is no requirement of statements. However, I will take letter from the bank confirming the account details, closing balance and I am one of the signatories.

My partner already got ILR, so extension is mine only although he is in business partnership.

In this case do you suggest any extra document??

No need. But you still need to send a recent bank statement showing you have a UK bank account

What evidences you will recommend to prove the following:

1. the viability and credibility of the source of the money referred to in Table 5 of Appendix A;
2. the credibility of the financial accounts of the business or businesses;---??
3. the credibility of your business activity in the UK;
4. the credibility of the job creation for which you are claiming points;
5. any other relevant information

The test is done by case worker (NOT YOU) and extra documents/interview could be requested if they see it is necessary.

Hope everyone is well. I am sending my extension within next 3 days. I am not sending any additional documents which are not mentioned in the guidance. The list of documents I am sending are:

Share Capital Option:

Current appointment report
Incorporation certificate
Filling history print out
All Annul returns and confirmation of statements
3 years unaudited accounts and 3 months management accounts.
All FPS and summary sheet in accordance with RTI
P45, payslips, p60, P11, Employee passport copies
Share Certificate
Accountant confirmation of letter of 52K share capital
Accountant confirmation letter of jobs creation with staff details (Start date, end date, hours worked)
Bank letter that confirms company's bank details, 2 directors are signatory, and closing balance of 20k.
Employer liability and public liability insurance
Maintenance bank statement- 90 days
Degree certificate
Company brochure, leaflet, business cards, Business expo attendance.



Not giving: company bank statement, invoices, website print etc.

I just want provide whatever is asked to avoid unnecessary confusion. Please suggest me if I am missing anything. Thanks in advance.

What are the evidences for share capital as you said share certificate ot accountant letter is not mendatory?

Am I in line with the requirements?
