To qualify for a ILR after 5 years you need to have a continuous stay of 4 years 11 months......It is critical that you enter the UK within 27 days of EC issuance to qvoid any pitfalls later......
Many in the forum are suggesting to go for 2nd FLR but it pretty dangerous to do so since the Tier 1 system which is coming into force in april this year might change definitely by the time we reach 2nd FLR stage and we may not qualify........
Rather it is just like staying in a heaven to enter within 27 days ...
and get ILR after 5 years directly instead of doing a 2nd FLR..
I mean to say rules change for FLR not for ILR....
But if you really want to stay in india for couple of months May be you could stay in UK for a 1 or 2 months and come back to India........
This way you will satisfy your desire in both the ways.........
WHAT DO YOU SAY FORUM MEMBERS....
I thought VFS stands for "Visa Facilitation Services", but I don't see how they actually facilitate the application process. They should keep the same acronym of VFS but be renamed to "Visa Fucking-up Services" (excuse my French!) instead. It's more appropriate by the sounds of most people's experiences with them!ashishashah wrote:So much for the VFS "services" and VFS "service charge" ))
