HO letters under the immigration rules do not state whether a person has right to work or not.
Please post in your own topic rather than tagging onto another members topic, which is considered rude and creates confusion. Curtailment DOES NOT apply to the financial requirement if it drops for a period.mobeen87 wrote:hope someone can give the answer.
as rules stated by ukba that leave to enter or remain can be curtailed if u cease to meet the requirements of the rule.my question is does it apply to financial requirment also.means if after visa granted income drops but couple don't claim public funds.what rule says about it?
