RTI FPS SUbmission log for each month

Do we need to submit the RTI FPS submission logs with the application?
The log is the file which contains below details
Company
IRmark
Correlation is
Date submitted
Status
Response received
If few are subimmted on same date will it be any problem

Just FPS report
You do not have to send logs receipts
