Finally I got the entry clearance. Applied on 17th-DEC.

Now I need to apply for my husband and 1 year baby.

Could anyone tell me " Required documents for EC for Dependants".

Well..I guess you cant apply EC for dependents you being in India. You need to have a job in UK with suffecient bank balance, provide the bank statements, pay slips, etc and then apply for EC

My status in VFS site has been changed to "Processed application delivered to Blue Dart on 14 Feb 2008". :)

I got the below reply from BHC...

You may wish to note that you have been granted the necessary entry clearance. The passport will be despatched later today. Please contact VFS Global our commercial partner for details on retrieval of passport.

My wife got a reply from BHC that the visa has been granted :D

Congrats to you too and thanks for the wishes. Even though I had applied on 9th Jan, BHC received my appln only on 14 Jan. So I guess I have more waiting to do.

No change in my status. I called them up today morning and was informed that a decision will be taken next week. Should I mail them also?

BHC call centre timings are...

8.30 to 11.30 Mon to Thrusday
8.30 to 10.30 on Friday

I always call them betn 8:30 to 11 and I get through. May be you can try calling during that time.

The case-******* finally deemed it worth to return my passport. Visa has been stamped for 2 years ...
