Citizenship for my daughter

Hi
Myself and my wife are UK ILR holders since May 2006 and our daughter was born on october 2007 .Just was wondering whether she will
be eligible for british passport or not .

Yes she will be. If at least one of her parents were settled in the UK (ILR = settled) then she will be a british citizen by birth.

You don't need to register her or make any nationality application - she already is. If you need a passport for her its a normal british passport application.
