WIfe Tier 2 dependent and I am now british citizen

my wife and my kid are my dependents. They came in 2013. Their present tier2 dependent visa will expire in July 2017.

I started as tier 2 worker and acquired British citizenship through 5 +1 ILR route recently.

How do I pursue settlement for my wife and kid, any help will be appreciated

They will qualify for ILR in 2018 after 5 years residence, provided they meet all the requirements, including the recently changed absence limits for PBS Dependents.

They will need an extension as PBS Dependents, which will be granted for 3 years. See link below.
