Tier 2 general priority service exceptionally complex issue

Hi Folks

I've received a letter from home office stating that my case has exceptionally complex issues related to it & it would take them a bit longer for them to decide on my immigration matter.

I applied through a priority service.

Can anyone please advise on the timeline and approval rate.

Was it a extention for the 1st time or you do re-apply after the refusal?

As you apply through priority service so you may have their email id. You can email them asking aboout what is the complexity and all! you also can mention if you have any emergency.

Hi there have you received your application result or got any update now?

I have also applied through priority postal and it is the last day of the timeframe, haven't heard of anything since biometrics enrolment 7 days ago and started to worry as I need the passport to travel soon.

Have you got your visa ? if so, how long did it take to get processed and what was the reason for complex issues and what was the result of your application ?

I am on the same boat now. Wonder, if it helps me to get an idea on processing time etc..

I will use, and hope to get the visa in less than a week since I will travel soon. Any feedback is appreciated.
