can I apply for ilr 3 months before current leave expire

Hi guys;
I got one quick question , am i able to apply for ilr 3 months before my current leave expire

i got my tire 1 entrepreneur visa (initial) 15/08/2012
extension approved 7/10/2015
current leave expire 7/10/2017

so according to current leave i am able to apply for ilr 28 days before but as guidance says we need to complete 5 years on this route for ilr. so my 5 years will be complete on 15/08/2017
so
AM i able to apply ilr 28 days before 15/08/2017?

no I applied with 80 20 june 2012 and got visa on 15/08/2012. so what you saying i dont need to wait until 14/10/2017 i can apply 28 days before 15/08/2017?

no I applied with in uk on 20 june 2012 and got visa on 15/08/2012. so what you saying i dont need to wait until 14/10/2017 i can apply 28 days before 15/08/2017?

You can apply WITHIN 28 days before reaching the 5 years residence requirement, so yes, anytime within 28 days before 15/8/2017.
