That seems to be an odd reason for a refusal. Doesn't the act of applying for a replacement visa automatically inform the home office that the BRP was lost, stolen or damaged?Mrs umar wrote:They refuse it on the grounds that i didnt gave them proof that whether i inform home office about lost brp or not.

This refusal doesn't seem to make sense. A replacement BRP visa's purpose is covered by these rules, as an BRP had already been issued under these rules. Have they asserted that your purpose has changed since the issue of the BRP?
I agree. So strange , it is unclear if they even considered the legal provision.
