Tier 2 approriate salary,30k minimum?

Hi all,I'm going to apply for Tier2 General visa outside of UK in April.Now my company is doing the RLMT.My salary is based on the SOC requirement on UKVI which is lower than 30k but over 25k.Currently the salary requirement for Tier 2 experienced work is still "25000 or an appropriate rate whichever is higher".So I'm wondering if the salary will increase in April(No update on ukvi web yet).

All the news are saying the T2 salary need to be minimum 30k in April of 2017.I would like to know wil the appropriate salary stay the same as before or will also increase higher than 30k?

Or just want to ask could I apply for T2 visa in April with a salary lower than 30k?(It's qualified right now under UKVI SOC,but I'm not sure about April.)

But salary thresholds for sponsoring experienced workers will increase from £20,800 to £25,000 in autumn 2016, rising to £30,000 in April 2017. Job holders must earn at least this base salary.

The slight matter of being pre-selected for the role before the RLMT is completed might be more of a concern....
