URGENT need advice from senior members.

hey guys, i am having a big problem that is twisting my head. hope u can help.
I am pakistani national and had a uk student visa, recently I applied for my HSMP visa, and for some reasons my HSMP visa has been rejected, and also Home Office cancel my current student visa, and they gave me 28 days to leave the country. i have 12 days left, to leave the country.
my girl friend is latvian national, and currently she is in Latvia. we used to live together. She used to work here in UK about a year ago, she is interesting to come back to uk and get married with me.
I don’t know what to do. As I cant married here, because I need COA to get married here.
And I cant go to Latvia, because I don’t have a Latvian visa.
Please help me what to do to stay with her in UK.
