T1 200k Ext refused - AR refused too - Applied Fresh App

Hello all,

I applied last year in MAY for my T1 Ex visa of 200k but got rejected in December2016, because Director Loan word was not mention in the notes with my name in the annual accounts so my investment points was not awarded then applied AR and they maintained the decision and send me letter at the end of jan 2017.


Applied fresh application timeline below mentioned.


2feb2017 submit
6feb2017 received
8th 2017 of feb money deduct
13feb2017 bio & ack received dated 9feb
13feb2017 bio metric done
8march2017 receive letter dated 3rd march stated that take longer then 8weeks because my case is complex etc etc same format which others are received.(even its not 8 weeks completed yet)


Please advise if anybody is in same boat.
And if they already done all checks in my previous application then why they taking so long and send me letter that my application is complex and require more time to decide when only one mistake in the application.
I am bit confused.

Need some guidance please help me out.

that is just normal routine letter, nothing to do wd ur case, many guys got this letter and then got decession on time as well

hi, could you please kind enough to post the address from which you have received the decision letter please. This is for me to underrstand which HO in the UK deals with Tier 1 extn applications.

Hello and thanks for the reply.How long normally they are taking for 2nd fresh application? As i only done an error in my application so i dont think they should take too long.

It is irrelevant that you are applying for a second application.
I repeat again, that is NOT something we can help you with. NO ONE can tell you how long an application could take, that is entirely at the discretion of the HO.

Hi,

I have also received same letter within 5 weeks of extension application.

Application submitted: 04/02/2017
Biometric Submitted: 13/02/2017
Letter Received: 13/03/2017 dated 09/03/2017
Decision still pending.

I think they are sending this letter to everyone nowadays.
