FLR M Interview

Post by Smad890 » Tue Mar 14, 2017 11:53 am

Hi,

I have been asked by HO to attend interview with my spouse.

The letter says:
" Please bring to the interview any documentation you consider may be relevant to the application. In order to meet the requirements of the Immigration Rules relating to the spouse of a settled person you are required to demonstrate that you have completed a period of 24 months/two years as the spouse of a settled person and that your relationship is subsisting. In order to demonstrate this you are requested to bring to the interview the following:
- Evidence of co-habitation up to the date of interview. "

We got married in Nov16 so its only few months now so why did they say 2yrs?
Secondly can anyone tell me what do they need or expect me to bring?
A part from interview do they want anything else?
Phone calls records/msgs or anything else?

Thanks

You state in previous posts about your 'wife', particularly in June of last year.

How can she be your wife in June if you only got married in November?

What is your full immigration history in the UK and how long have you been in a relationship with your wife?

What happened about Tier 2 G?

HO is likely wanting to interview to rule out 'marriage of convenience' in order to remain in the UK.

What evidence of relationship prior to marriage and after marriage did you submit with your FLR(M)?
