In what category are you applying? 5 year WP, HSMP, etc., 10 year long residence, 14 .... ?

Go to the BIA website at "http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/ukresi ... ormset(o)/", download the SET(M) application form and look at Section 8. It gives details of the documents required.

Copy and paste the link, without the "", but with the (o) at the end.
