hi
lm a failed asylum seeker from Zimbabwe. lm married to a British citizen. l have a british baby and need to ask if someone knows about this Rule 248A of the Immigration Rule Obtaining UK visa on basis of access to children. can l apply for a type of stay on the basis of my kid?????

could some1 tell me with my situation, lm a failed asylum seeker and made a fresh claim two and a half years ago no reply from the HO. So does this mean lm breaching the immigration law.

Possibly, yes. You probably need a good immigration solicitor.
