Citizenship for EEA applicant 6(2)

Hi,
Can you please help me with my question?
I have got British Citizenship and trying to help my husband with his application for BC.6(2)
He received his PR three months ago. Can he applay
right away or does he need to wait for 12 months?
We are both from Poland.

I believe your husband can apply now, if all the other requirements are also met.

We are in the same boat.
What I just have done is wrote a letter to the HO requesting the date I Acquired an Entitlement to Permanent Residence.
Waiting for the response.

Another option is to request a SAR (Subject Request Access Request) than you find out if you can or will have to wait...
