Hi My wife currently holds PBS Dependant visa and will expires in 05/03/2018 and will be eligible for ILR from 03/08/2017(4y11month 1day).

Can someone confirm which application (SET(M)) she need to fill in ? I have ILR (5year based) granted 2 years ago and now applied for Naturalisation.

3) Not worked from 2012-2015; full time work from JUN2015 -present (Payslips and P60's avaiable)
4) Funds should maintained for 3 months and how much?

Thanks in advance.

Set(O).

No maintenance requirement.

When does partner qualify for ILR as PBS Dep?

Did your dependent get their visa before 9 July 2012?

Clarification:
Since from 6/04/2016 English requirements for settlement changed. I'm trying to apply UK NARIC for my wife. She hold "an overseas qualification(Degree taught in English) and wish to use as evidence of English language proficiency:"

While registering UK NARIC there is drop down menu for "Immigration Tier" and "Immigration route"
As you know my wife is (TIER 1) PBS dependant and currently hold an ILR.
Which Options to select: for ""Immigration route" Family or Settlement ?
I would select
"Immigration Tier" as "Family , Settlement, and Nationality. "
""Immigration route" : Settlement ? Since she is applying for ILR.(after 5 years of her UK residence.!)
Please confirm. Thanks in advance.
