What is your immigration history in the UK?

Are you the mother or the father of the child?

Hi. My solicitor called home office about our application in September. We were told there is a backlog.

Just wait. If application is more than 6 months, call to find out if you have an update, otherwise be patient and wait. I know how hard it is to wait and wait

Husband's timeline - overstayer 11 yrs
08/16 - FLR (FP) Partner, refused 02/18, 03/18 - JR permission refused with merit
08/18 - FLR FP (Partner) PSC - Approved
07/20 - FLR FP to FLR M Switch - Approved, 03/23 FLR M Ext Approved.

Would you go to the doctor and want a diagnosis without telling them your symptoms?
