Do you apply EEA4/EEA2 through a solicitor or by yourself?

Post by crayoner » Sat Mar 18, 2017 11:32 pm

HI
Just wondering how many of you use a solicitor service? I only found out it cost around £1500 for EEA cases...it's a bit pricey . I have never use any before when obtain my RC. Just now my case gets rejected due to incomplete application, hence thinking to get a solicitor to deal with it....or simply apply online so I can't skip any questions.

When you say RC do you mean residence card or residence certificate? Do you have a particularly complicated case?

Even if you reapply multiple times at an application fee of only 65 pounds its still a lot cheaper than the 1500 pounds for a solicitor

That's a good point. When I said RC means residence card ( im non eu married to eu national). Our case is not complicated but my RC has already expired when HO rejected. I believe I still have the right to remain and reapply?

Why was it refused?
