HELP PLEASE

I have had so many problems with my work permit so I came back to my home country on 1 January. I prepared all my documents before I left so they are dated 21 december 2007.

Now I am still waiting for another reissue and it looks I will only be applying at the end of February....

Will the ECO still accept?
I have proof of my tenancy (that is still ok for a few more months), the bank statements (dated 21 December) and then I have the copies of my certificate.

Please please calm me down? I can get a letter of support from my family if necessary. I am really stressed so if there is a lawyer who can look at my documents online that would be helpful.

Should be okay, though you may wish to get an updated employer letter.
