Biometrics letter ? when

i applied month ago for eea4 pr i am still waiting for the letter
they took my fingerprints befor in my country in 2012
if you answerd yes to the question about it they dont send letter ?
how to ask Home office ? should i call or just wait ? :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:

most of ppl get it after 2 weeks . panic attack :shock:

They've had our application for 5 weeks and haven't taken payment yet or sent a biometrics letter. Ridiculous.
