I have applied for FLR(O) visa for my mother (70 years old) for indefinite leave to remain in the UK in June 2015, initially it was refused and we appealed it on the court and court allow the appeal after the hearing on 09/01/2017. and Home office also not appeal against the decision. and court said within 6 weeks mother will get the visa , its almost more than 6 weeks now, Still She haven't received any information from home office yet. Is there any issues? what visa my mother will get (I mean if any changes home office will make on her visa period ? Please kindly let me know. Your help on this highly appreciated. Thank you so much.
