Spouse visa advice needed

Post by Mrozzy124 » Sun Mar 26, 2017 1:49 pm

Hey guys.

I've been reading a lot on this lovely forum and its very informative and lots of helpful people.

I just need help on 1 thing.

I've requested my last (6th wage slip) early.
The reason for this is that I intend to go on holiday before I receive the last pay slip and I want to submit my partners documents early.

What will I need to point out to the visa officer about why I requested my 6th wage slip earlier?

Thanks!

Are you British or a person who holds PR/ILR?

I have moved your topic to the correct forum (here) as where you posted was the wrong category sub forum.
I've requested my last (6th wage slip) early.
The reason for this is that I intend to go on holiday before I receive the last pay slip and I want to submit my partners documents early.
What about the corresponding bank statement you will need to show the 6th month salary?

Where is your partner (spouse??) applying from (country)?

It is never a good idea to 'rush' applications to HO.

Thanks for the super quick reply.

I'm from uk, my spouse is from Pakistan.

I have the 6th month salary slip and I will submit this but a bit early.

I know I shouldn't rush but this was the only time I get holidays from work thats why I got my wage early and i'm trying to get my application done before I go off on holiday.

Would this be ok?

For applications from Pakistan, ALL the supporting documents are sent to Sheffield.

See the link below for a step by step guide.

What about the last bank statement corresponding to the 6th salary payslip and payment??? Submitting just the payslip is NOT enough.

Oh sorry.
Yes I have the balance showing on my bank statement also.

I have all my documents set.
The only concern I have is that I have got my 6th month salary about 3 weeks earlier. My employer has explained this in his letter. Will I need to add anything else?

Why have you then asked for your payslip so early?

When exactly did you get your 6th salary paid?

When exactly are you planning on applying?

Are you married yet or is that still happening?

The most recent payslip MUST NOT be older than 28 days as well as the most recent bank statement.

I have asked for my payslip early because i'm going on holiday in 2 weeks.

My March Salary was due on 11th april but has been paid on 21st March (upon my request)

I am planning to apply middle of next week.

Yes I am married.

Currently my 6th Payslip is only 6 days old. (Will ne roughly 10 days old when I submit the application)

Thanks a lot!

Since the official guideline regarding financial threshold highlights 6 months payslips instead just 6 payslips then I guess the caseworker may want the completion of 6 months even you can get the 6th month payslip early.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

What if the employer has stated the reason behind this?
