VAF4A Forms and sponsor income

Hi,

2 Quick Question

1. for application made within the UK for spouse VISA do i need to complete the "Family settlement application form VAF4A" and the "Appendix 2 of VAF4A: financial requirements". Both forms on the top right have on them This form is for use outside the UK only.

2. Question 3.11 for sponsor income - How do I answer this.I am currently in non salaried employment.
Do i gross u[p my salary that I have earned over the last 6 months.

Which category of visa does your spouse currently hold

I am the sponsor who is a British Citizen, and the applicant is my wife who is a Pakistani Citizen.

Your wife is the applicant and you are the sponsor. Unless she is in the UK she will have to submit the application in her own country. Supporting documents only should be sent to Sheffield.

She is currently in Pakistan.

I understand that the Bio metrics data is submitted in the home country i.e. Pakistan.

I understand all supporting document have to be submitted to Sheffield.

Not clear on whether the VAFA4 form need to be submitted here in the UK or Pakistan.

Sent to Sheffield, but your wife as the applicant must sign the form.
