HSMP(FLR) please advice

hi all. below my application details.
hsmp(flr) application sent: 10th jan
money deducted from dd: 14th jan
reference number received over the phone: 18th jan
urgent treatment sent: 12 feb
and then check with the customer services, the person said that my appliaction on final stage.
today i call to the customer services and the person said that they did not recive any urgent treatment form. i faxed it agian. and then called, the lady said that they recived the form on the 12th feb.

i dont know whats going on. i have to go back to my country to attned a family marriage, and i already purchase a ticket for 21st feb.
i dont know what to do. still waiting my documents.
please share ur experiences.
