employee paying vary rate 6.5 , to £7

Hi experts

I have one of my employee used to worked for my Company but he used to take various pay rate 6.5 , to 6.7 and £7 during his employment period .. because he demand bit higher pay from us , so we decided according his performance each month .. is there any issue , ??

so how can I fill the application as form option
employee name start date end date hour rate paid full time part time
xxxx 01-01-2014 31-9-2014 what is rate hour yes


please advices me thanks

You are actually allowed to pay a few pence above min wage. Surprising.

Just fill the form in so that it is clear to CW waht was effective hourly rate in a month and be sure it was min wage or above.

I have created a positing in one of my old business which lasted for more then 12 months and at that positing 3 workers worked through out that time and the payment was initially £6.70, then £7.0 and £7.5. In my application form where it says mention hourly pay, my lawyer simply put the like £6.7/£7.0/£7.5 and mentioned the position and three workers who worked on that and time.

Any period for which the employee was paid differently must appear on a separate row.
