Biometric wrong information

Dear Zimba,
I have received the biometric letter, as I have dual nationality, HO didn't use my nationality which is I enter with it and my visa stamp on it. they put my second nationality on biometric letter.
is it okay to do finger print with this letter or shall I contact HO to correct my nationality?

Both passport are YOURS, where is the problem.
When you go to the post office take a photocopy of that passport. Post office will send your finger prints only with the barcode details to tell them that you did the biometric.

Hi,
I have applied for ext. on 8/3/2017 I am checking all 3 references (royal mail , IHS, Bio letter) every day,
Royal mail and IHS were working for me till yesterday but today I found just IHS working which is updated on 11/4/2017 and says ''Awaiting a decision'' and Royal mail ref. doesn't work anymore.
Can you please share your online checking status if you have same experience?

I think I found the answer.
UKVI has removed Royal mail reference from the list of the reference which we can use.
