Dear Gurus,

I started my own company in 2014 with 1 Ordinary share £1 , and I invested more than £200K in Director's Loan investment.. Is it ok if I have one share, I am 100% shareholder and director. I know that I can issue more than 1 share, but I do not need it because my investment in DL.
Anyone same my case?

I think It's okay. I had similar but had 100 shares of £100, £1 each.

I know that there are many entrepreneurs have 100 shares £1 or more, I wonder if there is one has same issue.

As far as t1e it is fine. If u want to sell shares you can split it easily

I strongly think its okay, as we claiming from DL options not via share capital options.
